I took a much needed recharge this weekend and I did it by doing nothing. Well not nothing really, more like I spent time with my husband, and did only the things I wanted to do. I left the chores and responsibilities to the wayside, I can’t do this all the time but I really needed it this weekend. Sometimes you need to do nothing to gain motivation.
So what do you do when you are filled with motivation? Well, first you finish the chores that you put off, then you work out. I tried a couple of youtube videos, and I did find a couple I like. Check out this video and see how you feel about it as well.
