So I mentioned in my Life Update that I’ve been trying to do something lately because I’ve been too immobile and I can just feel the way my body is handling it (It’s not good). So, since I have the time right now I decided I needed to make a change, most of these changes are just clichés but I feel it’s that way for a reason.

So I was doing okay with my water intake until recently, for some reason I just stopped drinking water. I can’t say why, but I decided enough is enough. I got out my 64oz Igloo water bottle and filled it up. Now, I drink as much as I can and I don’t force myself to drink it all, but I have been doing really well drinking it so lets see if I can keep it up

We have a Rogue Echo Bike, something my husband and I saved up for. It used to be in the garage but during the summer and while the air quality was bad It sat unused. We moved it inside the house now, so I have no excuse to use it. I can sit and watch some youtube while I am on it so I can still watch some t.v but I am moving not just sitting on my the couch.

So while I know pasta isn’t the best to lose weight, but I am not talking about being on a diet, instead I am talking about cooking at home more. When I eat out I can’t control the portion I eat, because I hate leftovers I typically eat it all and I over eat. At home, I only cook the portion I want to eat and make sure I make a more balanced diet and add veggies and fruit. The picture above is actually the hubby’s plate, not mine but it looked better to take a picture.
So that is just a couple of things that I have done recently I am making some more changes which I look forward to sharing with you!
Cooking at home more is such a great way to stay healthy. That pasta looks delicious 😀
