elf Cosmetics Bite Size Eyeshadow Review

Despite everything going on and the fact that I don’t leave my house unless I have to, I still do wear makeup. It’s mostly to make myself feel better and to feel somewhat normal. Eyeshadow plays a big part in this because it let’s me have fun and be artistic, I have put myself on a little make up buying band while also deciding to participate in a pan project, but I saw elf cosmetics Bite Size eyeshadow and I couldn’t help but buy one. I purchased it in the color Cream and Sugar but there are 8 palettes in total.

I wanted to get a palette that I can use for everyday wear, plus it’s so small I can carry it with me in case I need a touch up or travel (which hopefully once everything is back to ‘normal’ I can do that). The palette comes with a matte nude, a shimmery light nude, a coppery brown and a dark matte brown. The tiny palette is pretty well made, I don’t have to worry about the shadows falling out, or the cover breaking off. Also, when I do my makeup I use all four colors when I do my make up and they blend really well together. There is a bit of fallout, and with primer the shadows last all day.

Despite the fact that you cannot really see the nude matte shade on my skin, the colors are actually pretty pigmented. I was especially surprised with the copper and dark brown colors as they really stand out. I use the shimmery light shade as a highlight in the inner corners and the matte nude is great for those days I want a extreme liner but nude lids.

Overall, a great little palette that is incredibly affordable ($3 on their website!!!!). I am debating if I want to purchase more of these but I am still up in the air. What do you all think?
