So I’ve wanted to start just being healthier, I am getting up there in age and I just want to make sure I can live a healthier and longer life. I am not interested in losing weight, mostly because I’ve excepted the size that I am and I am happy, this is despite some people telling me that I need to drop sizes (because that may matter to them…but does it have to matter to you?). Pretty much I just want to feel good, and be healthy.
One of the things I have started to do is run, I’ve downloaded an app (Couch to 5k) and I’ve been using it because just going out and running isn’t going to work for me. It may work for some people but just not for me. I need structure, I need someone to tell me when I should be running, when I should be walking, and when I need to warm up or cool down.
Once I get a routine down with running, I will incorporate yoga, weightlifting, and some working out. I just got to get a schedule going since I just started school and I need to have time to do school. I also wanted to eat healthier, by incorporating a vegetarian meal and a fish dinner at least once a week. I will also be drinking more water, and doing juice detoxs
