Beauty: Shea Moisture Body Scrub

I hate the thought of dead skin on my body, also spending all morning in a morgue surrounded by fluids, and other things I don’t want to mention I need a good body scrub.  Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Hand and Body Scrub seems like the best thing right now.

SheaMoisture’s Coconut & Hibiscus Hand & Body Scrub is a hydrating body care solution formulated with natural ingredients designed to nourish and repair your skin. Coconut Oil used in the formulation of this gluten free body scrub is rich in Vitamin E which quells dryness by creating moisture barriers and helping replenish lost oils. Hibiscus flowers act as emollients to soothe dry, irritated skin while Songyi Mushrooms even your skin tone. Certified Organic Shea Butter provides nourishing moisturization to make your skin supple and oh-so-soft!

As you can see I’ve been using this for a while, and I absolutely love it. The smell is heavenly, and while it feels a little harsh the first time I used it, it leaves my skin feeling incredible. My skin is so soft and doesn’t feel tight or harsh, in fact it felt a bit moisturized.

The scrub lasted me quite a while, and I loved using it. I think it’s the perfect scrub for the season, and it’s affordable.

Drug Store Haul

I’m trying to be more Cruelty free conscious when purchasing my make up and beauty products. Going to the drugstore however I feel they have a very limited selection for Cruelty free lookers. I mean Come on it’s 2017, testing on animals is no longer okay!!!

Anyway while I did not buy much I wanted to show you what I did buy.

Hask Argan Oil Repairing Shampoo and Conditioner.

Shea Moisture African Black Soap Body Wash

Jason Tea Tree Oil

While the Shampoo and Conditioner and Body wash is mine I actually got the Tea Tree Oil for my husband. The Tea Tree Oil is for exfoliating his chin and neck hair for when he needs to shave. My husband has wavy hair and so it’s particularly hard to shave his chin and neck (the problem areas) which results in  redness, ingrown hairs and razor burn.

I’ll be sure to write a review once I have used it all.
