Auri is the youngest of the Bunch. She still has that puppy energy, which mommy and daddy try to wear out before bedtime. Auri loves to chew everything in her path so footwear, wires, and furniture needs to be protected around her.
Auri does not have long hair like Tesla so so does not require as much grooming. She has been healthy since we have gotten her and hopefully it stays that way for a long time.
Auri likes to think she gets along with everyone, but is quickly starting to learn that she is the low dog on the totem pole. Mordechai tolerates her, Tesla will play with her and Cheeto tries to bully her. We shall see how this all plays out!
Tesla is our lovable cuddly bear. I’ve mentioned her a couple of times before and she is nothing but an absolute doll.
While being a total cuddle bug, she loves to play more than anything. Her favorite games are Tug of War and Keep away. Her stamina is not the best but her adorable personality makes up for it.
Tesla hates baths, but she behaves at the groomers. She gets groomed every couple of months and looks like a brand new dog after.
We learned at a very young age, with Tesla that she suffers from a variety of allergies. She cannot eat any poultry, grains or really anything good. She is also allergic to grass…
Tesla has one dog sister and two cat siblings whom she adores. Her eldest sibling Mordechai, does not play as much as she likes, but she doesn’t mind. Cheeto, on the other hand, loves playing and Usually takes Tesla on a wild goose chase. Auri is a bit hyper with Tesla, but Tesla is learning how to play with Auri
This past weekend Tesla and I went on another adventure. Hunting Dog beach is a beach devoted to pet owners and their dogs. Usually the beaches don’t allow dogs, most likely because irresponsible pet owners, but Huntington Beach has a small section where you can let your dog bask in the sun and frolick in the waves.
Tesla wasn’t much for frolicking however. She didn’t like the water at all really, I think it’s just because it’s a new experience and she just needs to get used to it. This was the first time we let Tesla go off leash. I was so nervous about this that I made my husband stand next to her just to make sure she didn’t run off. She did really well, never straying too far and coming when called.
So this past weekend Tesla and I went hiking at Will Rogers State park in Pacific Palisades. So I decided to wear my new Arm The Animals Slim Tank. We had so much fun walking almost 5 miles up and down the hills. We saw horses, Artwork and I suspect got video taped and photographed for some media thing.
Adopting an animal is one of the most rewarding things I have done. Adopting Tesla and Mordechai was one of the best things I have done. Adopting is not for everyone though, but it doesn’t mean you can’t help animal organizations that rescue these pets.
Arm The Animals Donates a Portion of every sale to ‘No Kill’ animal organizations, so not only are you walking around in style but helping pets in need.
If you like the shirt and want to purchase it you can do that HERE.
